5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information with:
A. Shopify
Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes storefront, checkout, order, and related data to provide the ecommerce platform. See Shopify’s privacy materials for more detail on Shopify’s role.
B. Fulfilment / shipping partners
We share your name, shipping address, phone number (if provided), email (as needed), and order contents with our US fulfilment partner (currently Supliful) and carriers so your order can be produced, packed, and delivered.
C. Payment processors
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and/or other payment providers available at checkout.
D. Advertising and analytics partners
We use Meta Pixel (and may use related Meta technologies) to measure and improve ads on Facebook/Instagram and to understand site activity. Meta may receive event data from our site according to your browser settings, consent tools, and Meta’s terms.
E. Email / CRM tools (now or in future)
If we use email marketing or customer messaging apps connected to Shopify, those providers will process your email address and related engagement data to send messages on our behalf.
F. Professional advisers and authorities
We may share information with lawyers, accountants, insurers, or authorities where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, disputes, or safety.
G. Business transfers
If we undergo a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
6. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential store operation (cart, checkout, session, security)
- Preferences and analytics
- Advertising measurement and retargeting (including Meta Pixel)
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner or preference tools. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
Meta Pixel: The Meta Pixel may collect information about your visit (such as pages viewed and purchase events) to help us measure ad results and show more relevant ads. Your choices in Meta accounts/ad settings and browser controls may affect this.

- Order and transaction records for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal compliance periods
- Support correspondence for a reasonable period to manage ongoing issues
- Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive lists
- Analytics/advertising data according to the tools’ settings and our need to measure performance
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practical.
