How do I take it?
Two capsules in the morning with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
How long does one bottle last?
A bottle holds 60 capsules. At two capsules a day that is 30 servings, so one bottle covers a month.
What is the capsule made from?
Hypromellose, a vegetable capsule shell. The other non-active ingredients are rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Can I take it alongside Daily Glow Collagen?
They are separate products with separate labels and we have not tested them together, so this is a question for your physician rather than for us — particularly if you already take another multivitamin or a prescribed medicine.
