Welcome to Soft Friday. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of softfriday.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of Soft Friday products (the “Products”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Products.

Soft Friday is a trading name of JRL Software Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 15511536), with registered office at Flat 1, Cerulean House, 450 Oldfield Lane North, Greenford, London UB6 0GF, United Kingdom.

1. The Site and eligibility

1.1 You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site and purchase of Products complies with the laws that apply to you.

1.3 Soft Friday currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only, as described in our Shipping Policy.

2. Products and dietary supplement disclaimer

2.1 Soft Friday Products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2.2 Product descriptions, claims, and lifestyle content on the Site are for general information only and are not medical advice. Always read the label. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

2.3 Individual results vary. Any testimonials or before/after style content reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

2.4 Keep Products out of reach of children. Follow the suggested use on the label. Do not use if the seal is broken or the product appears damaged.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

3.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy the Products. We may accept or decline an order for any legitimate reason (including stock/fulfillment constraints, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions).

3.2 Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed on the Site and include applicable taxes only where stated. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout where required by law.

3.3 Payment is due at checkout (or on each subscription renewal date for recurring orders). Payment is processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

3.4 We reserve the right to correct pricing or promotional errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a refund of any amount charged.

4. Fulfillment model

4.1 Soft Friday Products are produced and fulfilled on demand through our US fulfillment partner and shipped from US facilities.

4.2 Delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and are not guarantees.

4.3 Once an order has been accepted for production, it generally cannot be modified or cancelled. See our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for details.

5. Shipping

5.1 Shipping terms, free US shipping, delivery estimates, tracking, and undeliverable packages are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5.2 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details.

6. Returns and refunds

6.1 Purchases made directly through softfriday.com are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6.2 Because Products are made/fulfilled to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by us in writing.

7. Subscriptions and recurring orders

7.1 We may offer subscription or recurring-order options so you can receive Products on a repeating schedule.

7.2 By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the applicable price, plus any shown taxes/shipping (if any), on each renewal until you cancel.

7.3 You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date through the available account/subscription tools or by emailing contact@softfriday.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not cancel or refund shipments already processed, produced, or delivered, except as required by our Return and Refund Policy or applicable law.

7.4 We may change subscription pricing or cadence with reasonable notice. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

7.5 We may suspend or cancel a subscription for failed payments, suspected fraud, product discontinuance, or violation of these Terms.

8. Promotions and free gifts

8.1 Promotions, discounts, and free gifts (if offered) are subject to the specific terms stated in the offer and may be modified or withdrawn at any time unless already applied to a completed paid order.

8.2 Promotional items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Accounts

9.1 You may need a customer account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

9.2 Notify us promptly at contact@softfriday.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 The Site and all Soft Friday branding, content, product designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit the Site or its content without our prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial use permitted by law.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks;
• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site except for legitimate public search indexing;
• Upload malware or harmful code; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

12. Third-party services

The Site may integrate third-party services (including Shopify, Meta advertising tools, payment providers, and fulfillment partners). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13.2 We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Product information is free of inaccuracies at all times.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRL Software Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Products.

14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Products giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JRL Software Ltd and Soft Friday from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

18. Governing law and disputes

18.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them, the Site, or a Soft Friday purchase are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

18.2 Subject to Section 18.3, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

18.3 If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your place of residence (including applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws). You may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws require.

19. General

19.1 If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19.2 Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

19.3 You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale of assets.

19.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Legal Notice, and any checkout disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Soft Friday purchases.

19.5 The headings in these Terms are for convenience only.
